Responsibilities:

1- Curriculum Development:

- Selecting appropriate textbooks, resources, and supplementary materials to support the learning objectives.
- Developing lesson plans, activities, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
2- Instructional Delivery:
- Facilitating interactive, communicative language lessons that encourage active participation and practice.
- Utilizing a variety of teaching methodologies, such as task-based learning, communicative language teaching, and content-based instruction.
- Providing clear explanations of the target language's grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural aspects.
- Fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes language learning.
3- Language Practice and Feedback:
- Creating opportunities for learners to engage in meaningful conversations, role-play, and other interactive activities.
- Providing constructive feedback on learners' language production, offering guidance on areas for improvement.
- Implementing effective error correction techniques that enhance learners' language accuracy and fluency.
4- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Designing and administering formative and summative assessments to evaluate learners' progress and proficiency.
- Providing timely and detailed feedback on learners' performance, highlighting strengths and areas for growth.
- Analyzing assessment data to inform instructional decisions and tailor the curriculum to individual needs.
5- Learner Support and Motivation:
- Offering guidance and support to adult learners, addressing their unique learning challenges and goals.

ONLINE TEACHING
IELTS PREPARATION

Responsibilities:

1- Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning:
- Designing a comprehensive IELTS preparation curriculum covering all four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Creating detailed lesson plans that align with the IELTS test format and assessment criteria.
- Selecting appropriate textbooks, practice materials, and resources to support IELTS preparation.

2- IELTS Test Familiarization and Strategy Development:
- Providing in-depth knowledge and understanding of the IELTS test format, scoring system, and test- taking strategies.
- Equipping students with effective strategies for each IELTS task type, such as essay writing, academic reading, and task-based speaking.
- Familiarizing students with the IELTS scoring rubrics and helping them identify areas for improvement.

3- Skill-Specific Instruction and Practice:
- Delivering targeted, skill-focused lessons to help students improve their reading comprehension, writing, listening, and speaking abilities.
- Providing extensive practice opportunities, including mock tests, to help students develop the necessary skills and confidence for the IELTS exam.
- Offering personalized feedback and guidance on students' performance, focusing on improvement areas.

4- Language and Academic Skills Development:
- Enhancing students' overall English proficiency, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and academic language skills.
- Incorporating activities and exercises that develop students' critical thinking, research, and analytical skills necessary for the IELTS exam.
